Salary: $112,710.00 – $169,060.00

What you will do

• Develop and lead engagement plans and strategies with Cat Digital Leads and regional teams.
• Execute marketing campaigns, write messaging, and create marketing journeys to accelerate product adoption.
• Lead marketing and communications projects, including regional webinars, internal channels, and events.
• Drive consistency in processes, communications, actions, metrics, and results tracking across product and regional teams.
• Coordinate with DPM Marketing and DRM/SF Teams to support content creation and email journeys for adoption goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure work effort for improvement.
• Knowledge of major products and services and ability to apply this knowledge to diverse situations.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies to impact decisions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas and information.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Extensive knowledge of Prioritized Service Events (PSE).
• Expertise in all Digital Products, including Aftermarket Leads and Insights (ALI).
• Experience working with Field teams or Dealers.
