TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS/AI): Leads early-stage customer relationships and executes prospecting initiatives with an accent on driving ROI through collaboration with marketing and sales. Focus on conducting discovery conversations, building internal partnerships, and developing targeted marketing tactics for the Korea market.

Location: This role will be based in Singapore, covering the Korea market, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days return to office).

Salary: Market conform salary + success-oriented commission

What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers and target accounts.
  • Build trusting and growth-focused relationships internally across your team and partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive ROI on activities like events and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop targeted marketing tactics against your target accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years work experience in a professional environment.
  • Prior industry experience in Business Development and/or Sales, especially in the SaaS industry and covering the Korea market.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar products).
  • Knowledge of sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT or similar).
  • Native level Korean language for outbound calling into Korean Enterprise.
  • Business level English language.
