Salary: $114,000–$138,000 USD (Annual Base Pay Range)

What you will do
- Develop and execute regional partner strategies to drive partner-sourced net new logos in the Growth segment.
- Lead regional execution for strategic National Partners and Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and educate partner teams on hirify.global value.
- Provide dedicated sales cycle support and assist hirify.global sellers in deal management.
- Qualify and oversee partner-sourced deal registrations, manage budget, and track performance.
- Plan and execute quarterly joint partner events and manage conflict escalations.
Requirements
- 5+ years exceeding channel sales/security targets.
- Proven ability to develop and execute partner business and marketing plans.
- Experience with SaaS channel models and major CSP marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent executive-level presentation and superior written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 35% regularly to regional partner locations.
- Must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
