TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (SLG): Developing and executing sales strategies to overachieve sales goals for State and Local Government accounts with an accent on articulating hirify.global's value proposition and managing the entire sales ecosystem. Focus on landing and expanding 7-figure deals, creating demand for un-budgeted solutions, and building strong customer relationships.

Location: Remote, based out of New York City, New York. Candidates must live local to the territory.

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 USD (plus commission)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of hirify.global during the sales process.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition to various stakeholders, from engineer to CxO.
  • Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SLG Security Sales experience selling into State, Local, and Government Accounts in the NY Area.
  • Experience selling into Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s).
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Success in developing at least one new logo from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions, with a background using MEDDIC.
  • Must live local to the territory of New York.
