TL;DR

Strategic Partnership Manager (IT): Defining and executing the technical sales playbook for hirify.global IT's DACH channel ecosystem with an accent on identifying, recruiting, and enabling strategic partners. Focus on building the partner motion from scratch, supporting sales deals, and feeding market insights to shape product and GTM strategy.

Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Own hirify.global IT for partners, key accounts, and internal teams, translating product capabilities into clear value propositions.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners like IT resellers, MSPs, device providers, and telecoms in the DACH region.
  • Represent hirify.global IT at partner meetings, events, and strategic initiatives, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams.
  • Define the partner playbook, including ICP/IPPs, sales motions, packaging, pricing, and objection handling.
  • Train and enable partners through structured onboarding, ongoing trainings, and hands-on deal support.
  • Design and execute the go-to-market plan for hirify.global IT in DACH, providing market insights to shape positioning, messaging, and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, partnerships, product evangelism, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or IT.
  • Proven ability to build new motions from scratch in ambiguous environments.
  • Commercial mindset with hands-on deal experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with IT ecosystems (SaaS, MSPs, resellers, telecoms) or an existing DACH partner network.
  • Exposure to HR tech, IT management, device lifecycle, security, or identity tools.
