What you will do
- Participate directly in the sales process of certain accounts through product demos.
- Shorten new hires' ramp-up time and assist underperforming representatives.
- Conduct regular sales and product training sessions.
- Create a certification program for the sales team in selling the product.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to post-sales support and customer activation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
- Proven experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or in a related role.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products preferred.
- Capacity to explain complex concepts simply and prepare enablement materials.
- Proficiency in English and German.
