Inside Sales Consultant (German): Upselling add-on products to existing customers and managing the full sales pipeline with an accent on articulating value propositions and generating new sales. Focus on bringing market intelligence back into the organization and advocating for product value.
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office in Barcelona)

What you will do
- Reach out to existing customers to find and create upgrade opportunities for add-on solutions.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from demonstrating product value to guiding activation.
- Gather and share market intelligence, including competitive threats and recurring objections.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advocating internally and externally for product value and ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Fluency in German (C2 level).
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Proactive approach to managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work across departments.
- Openness to learning and feedback with a growth mindset.
