TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner: Driving end-to-end hiring across various teams (Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Product) with an accent on proactive sourcing and building high-quality pipelines. Focus on strategic talent partnering with leadership and maintaining operational excellence using data-driven hiring processes.

Location: Remote (EMEA) or hybrid from Munich or Amsterdam. Requires significant overlap and availability for US time zones to support North American expansion.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for roles including Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Product.
  • Build deep, high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, identifying and engaging top-tier passive talent, particularly in B2B SaaS and Observability/Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership across departments, leading intake sessions, defining role competencies, and providing guidance on organizational design, headcount planning, and talent strategy.
  • Implement scalable processes, including interview rubrics, calibration sessions, and structured debriefs to ensure objective and fair decision-making.
  • Maintain high data integrity within the ATS (Ashby), track key hiring metrics, and continuously optimize sourcing and selection strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-growth tech, with a track record of closing both niche technical and high-volume GTM roles.
  • Direct, hands-on proficiency with Ashby is a must.
  • Experienced in managing recruitment workflows across North America and Europe. You are comfortable working a shifted schedule or maintaining high availability during US business hours to ensure seamless coverage for North American candidates and stakeholders.
  • Mastery in proactive talent sourcing and managing own scheduling and candidate logistics.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem; familiarity with Observability or Cloud Infrastructure is a strong plus.
  • Able to challenge hiring managers with confidence, providing data-backed insights to improve outcomes.
