What you will do
- Develop and implement a recruiting strategy to expand the talent pool and ensure a diverse range of candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing coaching and advice based on expertise in niche markets.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and candidate closing.
- Manage multiple requisitions, balancing speed and a positive candidate experience.
- Organize, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for sales positions in a high-growth environment.
- Experience working across multiple countries.
- Proven track record in sourcing qualified candidates, lead development, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
- Demonstrable ability to influence, with an emphasis on transparency and diplomacy.
- Understanding of candidate motivations and ability to craft a dialogue that leads to a positive decision.
- Must be based in the United States.
