TL;DR

Sales Manager (AI): Lead a team of Account Executives to drive the adoption of AI-powered customer communication solutions with an accent on quota attainment, AI adoption, and talent development. Focus on coaching deals, adapting sales motions to evolving AI capabilities, and building a high-performance sales culture.

Location: Hybrid 4+ days per week position based in New York.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 a year (base), up to $230,000 OTE.

What you will do

  • Own team quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and overall pipeline health.
  • Drive AI adoption and coach AEs to sell transformation focused on agent performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent, setting clear standards for execution.
  • Drive best-in-class pipeline management and disciplined deal inspection.
  • Innovate and bring new ideas on how to sell, coach, and scale using data and AI tools.
  • Foster ownership, urgency, learning, and resilience, serving as a culture carrier for the NYC office.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with at least 2 years managing Account Executives.
  • Proven ability to hit quota through teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience selling transformational or behavior-change solutions such as AI, SaaS, or workflow platforms.
  • Strong deal coaching and pipeline management skills.
  • Comfort getting deeply involved in deals when it matters.
  • Willingness to be in the office 4+ days per week in New York.
