Location: Hybrid in Edinburgh, United Kingdom (minimum 3 days per week in office, 2 days from home).

What you will do

  • Engage with potential customers through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and support prospects in understanding hirify.global’s value.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives across Europe to ensure effective progression through the sales funnel.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer and prospect interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Proactively invest in professional development and share best practices.
