Location: Based in London, United Kingdom. Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required.

What you will do

  • Drive sales opportunities and build business relationships with influential contacts within Commercial Accounts.
  • Focus on understanding an organization's plans and how hirify.global AI solutions map to these.
  • Manage and nurture accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and guide additional revenue streams.
  • Organize necessary resources (e.g., Solution Consultants, Customer Service, Marketing) to further the sales cycle.
  • Use internal technology to manage leads, providing accurate forecasting, territory plans, and goals.
  • Utilize Data Management through all sources such as CRM, social media, search engines, and press.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales with 3+ years success generating new business sales of enterprise-class solutions.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Experience with the sales process and ability to navigate and progress short but complex sales cycles.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales force automation, enterprise resource planning, or other IT infrastructure management technologies.
