• Establish and nurture high-level relationships with key executives and decision-makers at strategic partner organizations.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with AI partners to drive revenue generation and product adoption.
• Represent hirify.global in AI-related forums, events, and conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader.
• Monitor and assess the performance of AI partnerships using KPIs to optimize growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, alliances, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on AI, cloud, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of the AI industry, key players, emerging technologies, and market trends.
• Demonstrated success in driving go-to-market initiatives, joint offerings, and co-selling strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Fluency in English is required.
