What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Atlassian solutions (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, Assets).
• Act as the Atlassian platform architect, defining best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, SLAs, and ITSM processes.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems and leverage AI-driven capabilities (including Rovo Agents).
• Improve service ownership, reporting, and ensure security and compliance across the ecosystem.
• Provide guidance and technical documentation to administrators and support teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience administering and developing within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Jira Service Management (requests, SLAs, automation, Assets).
• Experience designing and implementing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Experience acting as a platform SME or technical lead, especially in regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Knowledge in leveraging AI features within Atlassian, including building AI Rovo Agents.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Forge, REST APIs, or ScriptRunner.
• Experience architecting enterprise service management solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service maturity models.
• Scripting or development experience (Forge, JavaScript, Groovy).
