What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify and prioritize potential partners, including cloud providers and system integrators.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, aligning on mutual goals and ensuring clear communication.
• Drive joint solution development and go-to-market activities, ensuring partner success.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to create partnership proposals and materials.
• Establish KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness and report progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within cloud computing, AI/ML, or open-source software.
• Strong understanding of database & search technology, AI/ML ecosystems, and open-source solutions.
• Proven success in identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
