What you will do

  • Qualify prospective accounts and maintain an up-to-date pipeline to achieve and exceed annual sales goals.
  • Negotiate opportunity terms and close new business.
  • Analyze and understand customer needs, presenting fitting solutions.
  • Gather market information and insights to understand the industry.
  • Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to hit or exceed a monthly quota.
  • Represent hirify.global at trade events and attend client meetings.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience selling SaaS software solutions to B2B prospects.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Polished communication skills, active listening skills, and business acumen.
  • Ability to deliver meaningful demos to business users and technical audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
