What you will do
- Prospect and engage with HR, L&D, and Procurement professionals through email, cold calling, and social selling.
- Strategically plan outreach and lead sourcing to build a strong pipeline in the DACH market.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Schedule product demos for the Senior Business Development Manager.
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to generate new leads and maximize conversions.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, tracking outreach and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a commercial or sales role.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proven ability to build outbound pipeline and create qualified opportunities by engaging decision-makers in the DACH market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with solid time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or selling to L&D/Training professionals.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Fluency in French.
