What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team, setting clear priorities, and fostering collaboration across internal and external partners.
• Manage merchandising operations, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and operational alignment.
• Oversee strategic planning and financial governance, including forecasting, budgeting, and pricing frameworks.
• Redesign, optimize, and automate merchandising processes, establishing scalable workflows for forecasting, inventory control, logistics, data management and reporting.
• Manage supply chain, logistics, and inventory operations, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional project management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3/4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, or merchandising.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Excel at cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused mindset with the ability to redesign processes and drive improvements.
