Senior Technology Partnership Manager (Fintech): Defining, building, and scaling partnerships to extend hirify.global’s product capabilities, unlock new use cases for customers, and support long-term growth within the Accounting, HRIS and Travel ecosystem. Focus on product, technology, and commercial dimensions, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.

What you will do
- Set direction for Technology partnerships across six markets, focusing on long-term platform and ecosystem value.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities with meaningful strategic leverage for the business.
- Lead complex partnership processes from early exploration through negotiation, launch, and ongoing evolution.
- Define and articulate partner strategies and joint value propositions aligned with product vision, customer impact, and commercial outcomes.
- Act as senior owner for key partnerships, managing partner relationships and long-term collaboration models.
- Represent hirify.global within the SaaS and fintech ecosystem, strengthening our Technology positioning and partnerships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Technology partnerships, alliances, or business development within SaaS and or fintech.
- Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, API integrations, and product-centric partnership models.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-visibility environments.
