What you will do

• Set direction for Technology partnerships across six markets, focusing on long-term platform and ecosystem value.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities with meaningful strategic leverage for the business.
• Lead complex partnership processes from early exploration through negotiation, launch, and ongoing evolution.
• Define and articulate partner strategies and joint value propositions aligned with product vision, customer impact, and commercial outcomes.
• Act as senior owner for key partnerships, managing partner relationships and long-term collaboration models.
• Represent hirify.global within the SaaS and fintech ecosystem, strengthening our Technology positioning and partnerships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technology partnerships, alliances, or business development within SaaS and or fintech.
• Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, API integrations, and product-centric partnership models.
• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-visibility environments.
