Salary: £12.21/hour + commission (OTE = additional 80%)

What you will do
- Close warm (inbound) leads by converting customers who've clicked our ads into paying customers through consultative phone sales conversations.
- Pitch tailored tutoring packages by understanding each family's needs and matching them with the right solution.
- Own your sales pipeline, managing follow-ups, overcoming objections, and driving deals to completion while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Meet and exceed lead conversion goals to maximise your commission earnings.
- Act as the voice of hirify.global, building trust with families and demonstrating how we can transform their children's educational outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
- Experience conducting sales calls over the phone.
- Ability to work to set targets and exceed them.
- Great with customers, comfortable engaging and building rapport.
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week during weekday afternoons and evenings.
- A team player with good time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
