TL;DR

YouTube Creator (Video Production): Planning, producing, and growing high-impact video content for YouTube with an accent on educational and entertaining content creation, optimization for discoverability, and tracking performance. Focus on monitoring trends, testing new creative approaches, and contributing to content strategy and audience development.

Location: Hybrid role requiring physical presence in the office. For the first 6 months, 3 days a week in the office are required in either London, Amsterdam, or Barcelona. After 6 months, this shifts to 1 day a week in the office, with flexibility to choose the day.

What you will do

• Plan, script, and film YouTube videos that are both educational and entertaining.
• Optimize video titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for discoverability.
• Collaborate with editors and designers to bring video concepts to life.
• Track video performance and suggest improvements based on data.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate production timelines.
• Monitor YouTube trends, test new creative approaches, and contribute to content strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in creating and growing content on YouTube.
• Strong scripting, filming, and on-camera communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in London, Amsterdam, or Barcelona to adhere to the hybrid work model.

• Editing skills or familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro.
