What you will do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across various industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities leveraging hirify.global’ conversational AI capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape.
  • Demonstrate expertise in conversational AI and hirify.global’ voice technology for customer solutions.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • A hybrid customer and product-driven mentality.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese and a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
