TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving successful revenue growth by securing new enterprise business in Germany for hirify.global’s cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, helping transform and automate contact and call centers. Focus on negotiating complex deals with business leaders, VPs, and C-level executives, and becoming a consultant for customers on AI ROI.

Location: Remotely in Europe. Hybrid work available with offices in Berlin or Munich, Germany, with an expectation to be in the office on certain days.

What you will do

  • Attain new logos by generating pipeline and negotiating complex deals with business leaders and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, and other teams to improve processes.
  • Consult customers on how hirify.global and Agentic AI bring ROI to their business challenges and needs.
  • Deliver presentations and lead workshops for customers, both digitally and on-site.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new logos in a defined account list within Germany.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Technology/SaaS Sales in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, with the ability to articulate digital transformation narratives.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recognize sales opportunities.
  • Great negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and great English skills.
  • Technical affinity and interest in the (Agentic) AI industry.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in the CCaaS, AI, or Customer Experience industries.
