What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new mid-market accounts and sell Mailchimp's omnichannel marketing platform.
- Lead the creation and continuous refinement of outbound sequences and playbooks for effective engagement.
- Drive the adoption of modern sales technologies, including AI agents, to amplify the SDR team's reach and efficiency.
- Coach, monitor, and inspire a team of SDRs daily, providing feedback to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies to scale new customer growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and lead qualifications in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience within SaaS sales organizations, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing an SDR or BDR team in an outbound environment.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing outbound sales strategies for pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, sales technology (CRM, Sales Engagement Platforms, AI tools), and prospecting best practices.
- Experience with building and refining outbound sequences, persona-based messaging, and sales playbooks.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in leveraging data and metrics to drive insights and improve performance.
