Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Australia

What you will do

  • Recruit new partners (VARs, Referral Partners, Consultancies, Agencies, System Integrators) aligned with our ideal partner profile.
  • Manage partnerships in APAC, ensuring alignment with hirify.global Partner Programs.
  • Develop repeatable service offerings using hirify.global as the underlying platform for partners.
  • Act as a sales coach and mentor to partners to drive consistent revenue.
  • Exceed revenue targets by fostering relationships with potential and existing channel partners.
  • Engage with hirify.global partner programs and internal teams to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of channel sales experience in Enterprise Application software, with an understanding of a sales-led partner model.
  • Demonstrated ability in partner recruitment and joint business planning.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional teaming.
  • Fluent in English (additional APAC languages are a plus).
  • Must be located or willing to relocate to Australia.

Nice to have

  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Ideal if you've gone through the journey of building a partner program.
