TL;DR

High Velocity Account Executive: Managing the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closing deals within the APAC market, with an accent on customer relationship management and value proposition articulation. Focus on gaining hands-on B2B software sales experience and closing deals during customer trial periods.

Location: The role itself is based in Sydney. This is an onsite role based in Sydney, with an expectation of 3 days a week in office. We cannot offer work sponsorship for this position.

What you will do

  • Work closely with Account Executives for the APAC Market to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
  • Participate in and observe sales calls to gain practical knowledge of the sales process and customer interactions.
  • Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers, and close deals.
  • Support the team in positioning and articulating the hirify.global value proposition to small businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (sales, support or success).
