Salary: $68,640 – $76,500

What you will do

• Provide guidance and support to mid to large-sized property management clients using Resident Services.
• Analyze client operations and usage data to identify areas for optimization and improved service delivery.
• Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of client-reported issues by working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendor partners.
• Build strong relationships with clients and vendor partners to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction with resident service solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two plus (2+) years of project or account management experience.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and think analytically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
