Location: Hybrid role based in New York, New York, United States. Employees are required to work in the office Monday-Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Assist in pitching and onboarding new businesses and partners in Latin America.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to train clients on the platform and support their initial trades.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of alternative access points like Lynk ETNs.
• Develop presentations and analysis for internal and external meetings.
• Communicate client feedback to improve solutions and the overall client experience.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in business development or relationship management.
• Fluent in Spanish is required.
• Knowledge of the alternative investments industry and key stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

• International experience.
• Adequate exposure to private markets and/or hedge fund asset classes.
