What you will do

• Design the front door to the Lakehouse, shaping first impressions and ongoing trust for enterprise data ingestion.
• Create experiences that serve both data engineers needing granular control and analysts wanting ready-to-use data.
• Own the end-to-end ingestion experience across connector setup, credentials, scheduling, monitoring, and error recovery.
• Define AI-native data ingestion by integrating hirify.global Assistant into pipeline creation and troubleshooting.
• Create scalable patterns for a diverse and growing range of connectors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design work experience.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid design process from inception to production.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to execute beautiful visual and interaction work rooted in a data-driven and well-researched UX process.
• Experience designing enterprise software, services, or other complex systems.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products in the Big Data space.
• Experience with React, SQL, CSS, and/or Python.
