What you will do
- Leverage hirify.global’s self-service user base and proven value propositions to acquire Mid-Market accounts.
- Build relationships with executives across various departments and industries.
- Source expansion opportunities within accounts and develop multi-use case strategies.
- Prioritize your book of business, develop and execute account plans, and identify new opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close, coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
- Consult with prospects on business objectives, framing hirify.global’s value as a differentiated solution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of quota-carrying closing experience at a technology company.
- Successfully sold 6-figure+ deals to large accounts (1000-3000 FTE).
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships.
- Execute a structured sales process with rigor and self-awareness.
- Consultative approach to navigate client complexities across industries and lifecycles.
- Resourceful and creative problem solver, understanding customer business needs.
