What you will do
- Work all expansion and some new business leads for Growth accounts, focused in the EMEA region.
- Achieve and consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets by expanding ACV through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-threading.
- Master hirify.global’s product and value proposition to confidently handle customer questions and position new features.
- Perform customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing tools.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Growth teams to build and execute expansion plays.
- Identify and test new customer segments, buying centers, and use cases within your territory.
Requirements
- Ability to work from our Dublin, Ireland office 3x per week.
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in all sales cycles.
- 3+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Process-driven with diligent attention to detail.
- Experience with completing and leading Requests for Information or Requests for Quotes.
Nice to have
- Experience with project management software or other productivity tools.
- Experience with e-commerce signup flows and field sales.
- Experience with Slack, Front, Salesforce and Outreach.
- Some exposure to Customer Service and Technical Support processes.
