SMB Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Driving new business and expanding market reach for hirify.global's AI workspace across LATAM with an accent on converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, and demo requests into paid customers. Focus on mastering the platform, delivering compelling presentations, and building high-volume pipelines in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Location: Remote (USA), covering LATAM markets. Must be based in the United States and hirify.global is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.

Compensation: $100,000–$125,000

What you will do

  • Own and manage new business leads for SMB accounts in the LATAM region.
  • Achieve and exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Master hirify.global’s platform and confidently field customer service and product questions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos via online web conferencing tools.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic account expansion.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity, SMB-focused environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (Spanish strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Based in the United States.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
