TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AI/SaaS): Running outbound prospecting campaigns and qualifying leads for a converged AI workspace with an accent on cold outreach, discovery, and product specialization. Focus on representing the brand, scheduling demos, and assisting product-led growth.

Location: Hybrid position in San Diego, California or Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, requiring working in the office 2 days per week.

Salary: $80,000

hirify.global is building a converged AI workspace, unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, supercharged by context-driven AI.

What you will do

  • Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold-calls, cold emails, and social touches.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by introducing hirify.global and running them through qualification and discovery framework.
  • Represent the brand to customers at the start of their research journey.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
  • Serve as a product specialist on hirify.global products and services.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in outbound tech sales.
  • A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars.
  • You’re a persuasive self-starter and a good listener with a high degree of personal accountability.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their need.
