TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Generating top-of-funnel meetings through high-volume, phone-first outreach for a go-to-market solution provider with an accent on mastering call architecture, talk tracks, and objection handling strategies. Focus on owning phone-first outbound outreach using proprietary tools and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX. Must be willing to be in the office 3 days a week.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own phone-first outbound outreach using Apollo’s Parallel Dialer.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Drive Campaign outreach supported by Marketing.
  • Master call architecture, talk tracks, and objection handling strategies.
  • Log performance, take coaching feedback, and improve week over week.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience working with high-volume calling environments or similar fast-paced, semi-repetitive work environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting activity targets.
  • Experience using strong selling techniques and objection handling processes.
  • Ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Must be willing to be in office 3 days a week in our Austin, TX location.
