What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Translate AI capabilities into user-friendly features in collaboration with engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives.
• Build close stakeholder relationships with Growth, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and other teams to drive monetization.
• Own and shape the long-term product strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and designers, owning a roadmap, managing sprints, and driving the team towards achieving measured goals.
• Previous experience owning and driving critical business metrics.
• Experience running and analyzing experiments.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience working on AI product/platform.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company.
