What you will do

• Own agent outcomes for strategic accounts and deploy AI agents to drive automation rates.
• Work with enterprise CX leaders to design and execute AI transformation roadmaps.
• Turn deployment insights into scalable platform capabilities.
• Build new agent capabilities and design evaluation systems for continuous agent intelligence.
• Run full launch cycles and demo products to customers, co-selling with sales.

Requirements

• 3+ years in PM, solutions engineering, implementation, TAM, customer success engineering, or product ops.
• Experience with technical products and enterprise customers.
• AI-native mindset, comfortable with LLMs, webhooks, OAuth, and complex integrations.
• Ability to scope and ship features, write docs, run demos, and measure impact.
• Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) and ability to diagnose problems.
• Comfortable advising CX leaders on organizational design, process optimization, and transformation strategy.
• Ability to work in North American time zones is a must.
