What you will do
- Define and own the onboarding strategy for new Confluence admins (technical and business users).
- Deeply understand user jobs-to-be-done to shape the first-time admin experience.
- Guide users into the right product areas, tailor guidance, and remove friction.
- Partner with Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Science to develop empathetic, intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Core Product, and Growth teams for seamless onboarding.
- Define metrics, run experiments, and measure success of onboarding flows to impact growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in SaaS Activation/Onboarding, Consumer, or E-Commerce roles.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in using prototyping AI tools to rapidly test and validate onboarding concepts and flows.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting clear onboarding content and cross-functional communication.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience onboarding technical and business user personas in B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with hirify.global products or similar collaboration platforms.
