What you will do

• Negotiate savings and favorable terms on all purchases.
• Oversee and refine purchase request workflows.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Procurement Manager to leverage data-driven insights and optimize spend.
• Develop, distribute, and analyze RFPs for offsite events, including complex hotel and meeting space negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, finance, or contract management.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS contracts and negotiations, Purchase Order (PO) and/or Contract Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., SAP, Apttus, Conga); Coupa expertise strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
