What you will do
- Own end-to-end forecasting for Bookings, Revenue, and ARR with high accuracy and insight into risks and opportunities.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual topline forecasting processes.
- Build and maintain deep, product-level and license-level understanding of topline performance.
- Manage ARR bridge, providing insight into key monthly and quarterly trends and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary finance partner to Sales and Revenue Operations on bookings and ARR performance.
- Deliver concise, executive-ready insights and materials for leadership and Board reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A revenue team while driving automation and best practices.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or related finance roles, with significant focus on topline areas (Bookings, Revenue, ARR).
- Strong experience managing and developing a team.
- Prior experience supporting SaaS or recurring-revenue business models.
- Deep understanding of Bookings, Revenue, and ARR.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a trusted business partner.
- Ability to develop complex financial models.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
