What you will do
- Lead the North American alliance strategy for Pure Storage, HPE, and Dell, aligning with corporate goals and regional sales priorities.
- Partner with global alliance leaders to define regional growth targets and execute plans for pipeline and revenue impact.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across partner sales, channel, and marketing organizations.
- Identify growth initiatives in data protection, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure modernization to accelerate SaaS and co-sell revenue.
- Apply a sales-first mindset to drive pipeline creation and closed revenue through joint account planning and field activation.
- Represent hirify.global in joint business planning, executive briefings, and partner summits.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in technology sales, alliances, or partner management, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure ecosystems.
- Strong sales foundation with quota-carrying or measurable revenue ownership experience.
- Proven ability to build executive relationships that translate into tangible business growth.
- Deep understanding of hardware infrastructure alliances (HPE, Pure, Dell) and their intersection with cloud and SaaS motions.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing repeatable GTM and co-sell plays that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Executive presence and communication skills across senior stakeholder audiences.
