Salary: $138,880 - $173,600

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact Microsoft-aligned pursuits across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security.
  • Operationalize the unified WWT–hirify.global Microsoft Strategy within customer account plans and modernization roadmaps.
  • Engage and activate the Microsoft Field Organization to convert field priorities into qualified opportunities and multi-year programs.
  • Accelerate service activation across GES accounts by shaping clear discovery to delivery paths.
  • Facilitate C-suite-level discussions as strategic inflection points for AI, cloud, security, and data transformation.
  • Govern pursuit excellence at the execution layer, including strategy development and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or solution strategy, with a strong track record driving Microsoft-focused cloud, security, data, and workplace opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology is required.
  • Proven ability to lead and win multi-million-dollar enterprise pursuits.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s field organization, co-sell motions, and funding programs.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams across sales, architecture, delivery, and PMO.
  • Confident executive communicator with solid commercial and financial acumen.
