TL;DR

VP of New Business Development (Marketing): Owning the full new business lifecycle for influencer and social marketing services, accountable for revenue growth and market expansion in North America. Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office in New York City, US, 2 days remote). Role focuses on growing presence in North America and becoming the US market lead.

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000

What you will do

  • Own and drive all new business activity across the US and North America.
  • Identify, target, and secure enterprise-level and high-growth B2C clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Represent hirify.global in senior-level meetings, pitches, and industry forums.
  • Build and manage a strong CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Recruit, lead, motivate, and scale a US-based new business and commercial team.

Requirements

  • Proven background in new business development within influencer, social, or digital marketing, ideally agency-side.
  • Demonstrable track record of winning and closing large, complex deals.
  • Strong existing network across B2C brands, startups, scale-ups, or enterprise organizations.
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing and social-first campaign strategy.
  • Confident, persuasive presenter, able to lead senior-level pitches and strategic discussions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build, lead, and scale a market presence.
