TL;DR

Manager, Channel Partnerships (Fintech): Managing and developing a team of Channel Partner Managers responsible for onboarding and managing partnerships with accounting and consulting partners, with an accent on 1:1 coaching, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving positive outcomes for the segment, refining channel sales motion, and ensuring high team performance against quotas.

Location: U.S.-based with relocation support to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA as needed.

Salary: $216,000–$297,000

What you will do

  • Manage, develop, and execute career and leadership plans for Channel Partner Managers, providing daily 1:1 mentoring and coaching.
  • Set and maintain a high-performing culture and morale by overseeing daily activities and quota performance.
  • Hire and train new CPMs on hirify.global’s product, partner personas, competition, partnership motions, systems, and tools.
  • Strategize with sales and marketing on pipeline, activation, and expansion initiatives to meet company objectives.
  • Build dashboards, report on partner and team performance, and forecast to senior leadership.
  • Improve team output and efficiency by optimizing systems and documenting new processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor.
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies.
  • Consistent performance above quota in a channel sales or partnerships environment.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms.
  • Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to partners, including senior leaders at nationally ranked accounting firms.

Nice to have

  • Experience with accounting firms in a channel sales or partnerships role.
  • Financial services or Fintech experience at a high-growth startup.
