TL;DR

Account Executive (AI/LegalTech SaaS): Executing and refining the sales playbook from lead generation to closing, with an accent on outbound prospecting, in-person meetings, and relationship building with law firm decision-makers. Focus on consistently achieving sales targets and leveraging AI-powered products to empower personal injury lawyers.

Location: Must be based in Boise, ID or Spokane, WA. This role also involves travel to events and conferences.

Salary: $100,000 base salary with additional commission and equity.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate self-sourced meetings weekly.
  • Meet prospects in person 1-3 days per week to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
  • Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end sales process, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a competitive spirit.
  • Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
  • Must have US work authorization.
