What you will do

  • Represent hirify.global as the first point of contact and manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Take ownership of the assigned territory, understanding its unique market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Comfortable with technology and software tools, including CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel to tradeshows and hirify.global events (30-40%).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with drone technology, GIS, or remote sensing.
