What you will do

  • Develop sales opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Lead customer relationships and internal coordination to ensure high satisfaction and growing revenue.
  • Drive existing customer conversations around new products to hit expansion quotas.
  • Manage the sales process, including renewals and multi-year contracts.
  • Forecast projected expansion sales and renewals.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate strong account management capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling in the B2B Software space.
  • Experience with G-Suite and relevant CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time for conferences.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of retail, real estate, financial services, or CPG.
