What you will do

• Advocate for, consult with, and empower customers to make the most of the GoSpotCheck plathirify.global.
• Manage customer onboarding experience from kick-off to go-live, providing training and support.
• Dive into customer data and business rules, emerging with actionable recommendations.
• Build authentic and trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Consistently communicate value and demonstrate GoSpotCheck's ROI to customers.
• Retain and grow your customer portfolio organically.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience managing B2B customers, with bonus points for Enterprise customers or a portfolio of $2M ARR+.
• Comfortable working directly with executives and senior-level management.
• Managed simultaneous projects in a customer-facing role with accountability for data-driven results.
• Understand relational database concepts and possess advanced Excel skills, with experience writing SQL queries.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proven track record of building successful customer relationships, retaining, and growing customer portfolios.
• Completed a bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in Image Recognition (IR) or AI/Deep Learning.
• Experience working in the beer/wine/spirits industry with relevant domain knowledge.
