What you will do

• Serve as an internal and external expert in high-volume primary production.
• Manage and optimize internal workflows to increase productivity across primary projects.
• Oversee project execution, including scope management, briefing, and progress tracking.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Lead the optimization of processes for efficient delivery of high-volume digital and print content projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management or production experience in an interactive or integrated agency environment.
• Understanding of the creative development process, primary production, technology, and marketing methodologies.
• Ability to manage small projects or components of complex projects, delivering on time and on budget.
• Experience in bottom-up scoping of projects, creating project budgets, and tracking actuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and online project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
