Customer Onboarding Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Onboarding new mid-market Premium Support customers and providing proactive technical support with an accent on project leadership for new customer implementations and customer advocacy. Focus on researching and resolving technical issues, driving support cases, and ensuring successful customer renewals.
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do
- Onboard new Mid-Market Premium Support Customers, identifying and delivering success criteria.
- Provide project leadership for new customer implementations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Serve as a customer advocate with internal stakeholders for feedback and issue escalation.
- Research customers’ technical issues, providing recommendations and action plans.
- Lead cross-functional groups to maintain control of overall resolution for escalated cases.
- Create knowledge base content and participate in technical communications to share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative attitude and commitment to customer success.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- ITIL or PMP Certification.
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Project Management, or Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization.
- Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
