What you will do

• Collaborate with Strategic Services Consultants to execute strategic projects for customers.
• Manage a small book of business focusing on implementations and strategic delivery.
• Assist in the creation, end-to-end configuration, and optimization of customer hirify.global Workspaces.
• Participate in customer calls, document meetings, and record current state customer processes.
• Provide initial support for customer inquiries and act as a product expert.
• Conduct remote training sessions to educate clients on platform functionality and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a consulting role, preferably with large strategic customers.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in configuring, implementing, and customizing SaaS platforms.
• Fluency in English (C1+) is required, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously with global customers across different time zones.
• Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Visa Sponsorship: Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for roles outside of engineering and product at this time.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS PPM software or collaborative work management (CWM).
